Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ZippyMove Howell Township Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting our towing or roadside assistance services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

ZippyMove Howell Township Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the requested work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method. If you are using insurance coverage, you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance provider.

Pricing is based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and complexity of the service required. We provide price estimates before beginning work whenever possible. However, additional charges may apply if circumstances change or additional services are needed.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the situation requiring service. You must be present or authorize a representative to be present when services are performed. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. ZippyMove Howell Township Towing is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

You certify that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request towing services. You agree to provide proof of ownership or authorization if requested.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care in handling your vehicle and use industry-standard equipment and procedures. However, towing inherently involves some risk to vehicles, particularly those that are already damaged or in poor condition. We are not liable for damage that results from pre-existing mechanical issues, hidden defects, or damage that occurred before we arrived.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence and will not exceed the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost wages, rental car costs, or other expenses.

If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours. We will investigate all claims and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel service after we have dispatched a truck, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our costs. This fee covers the time and fuel expenses of our driver. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can minimize these costs.

Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, you are responsible for daily storage fees from the date of towing until the vehicle is retrieved. Vehicles must be claimed within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed vehicles may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with New Jersey law. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

Insurance and Licensing

ZippyMove Howell Township Towing is fully licensed by the State of New Jersey and carries appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. We maintain general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance to protect our customers and their vehicles.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and resolved in the appropriate courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
